ARTPOP in my opinion was not a flop.. If ARTPOP is to be considered the "flop" of Gaga's career, I'd say not too shabby... 3 in 1802 at an important moment in his career, one might say his Geniuses are finicky and have been known to cancel their work before anyone else can.
