However, employees would rather have adequate, thorough one-on-one training than have cupcakes and cookies fed them everyday, The company distracts the employees with these "FUN" activities, while dressing up in costumes on a regular basis and refuses to incorporate training and continued repeated requests for further training from the employees, thus resulting in constant employee turnover.
