Less is even better of course. Adds almost 100 new styles of cloak to the world of Skyrim, via crafting, levelled-lists, and static loot. Still fun and aesthetically pleasing to build your steampunk city but it also gets rather tedious as time passes by, the whole rebellion stuff I find it to be really annoying.I feel they held back here, almost like it's half the game.

The game just has so little content. Without a storyline, the gameplay does not end, but instead follows cyclical storms. If anything they should've implemented other randomized cities where you chose whether to help, ally or attack them, with each decision affecting how the other cities react to you and how your own people react, choosing phylosophies should allow you to branch off into newer things like choosing between pacifistic economic focus or dominant military-focus, choosing between a democratic system or a totalitarian system, maybe even a capitalistic or communistic system (to name a few of the options it should've had). The aim of this mod is to provide some variety and flavour to the world, as well as the chance to wear a stylish cloak and quite literally keep the cold out.
