Excluding non-recurring items, adjusted EPS came to $1.62, above the FactSet consensus of $1.50.

Separate, Phillips 66 said it plans to shut down its Rodeo Carbon Plant and its Santa Maria refining facility in Arroyo Grande, Calif. in 2023. Back then, the segment only consisted of the company’s SilverScript Part D prescription drug plan business.
