Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked. Contact the business for more information about recent service changes. The baked lava and cali roll was just ok. We eat a lot of sushi and weren't super impressed, but we need to dive into the other offerings before rating that aspect of this business. All of it was great.

Upon entering you will be greeted to a very sleek and stylish space. Nice ambience, and good service. The food, service and selection of entrees was just perfect.

The egg rolls were super hot and fresh. There are cool samurai statues and other Japanese decor pieces. We thought our first Alaskan meal might be different. The sushi is always...A little on the more expensive side, but fast, friendly service and the food was wonderful! I had the chicken Panang and thought it was amazing too. Very convenient location in Wasilla. Their other dishes are hit and miss for my family, but we enjoy a meal occasionally.Best chicken fried rice in the Valley and actually anywhere!!

I had to tell them to slow things down. Basil Ginger is now hiring all positions for our current location in Wasilla, as well as our new location Lime Leaf in Eagle River. I would recommend this little place, if you are in the area.
