Hendricks reportedly did not intend to sell the resort as part of the Gateway package, but felt he was spending less time on the property as a whole. The mansion blends pueblo design with log cabin, tossing in riffs on medieval and cathedral architecture along the way; the dining room’s groin vault ceiling is entirely unique.As is the sculpted ceiling of the step-down living room, which also features a kiva-style fireplace and a stone turret inset with decorative niches.
