When we didn't hear from him we called 4 times, texted 3 times, and then decided to back to back call him at 8pm. He said "no one has ever canceled on me in 10 years so no need for a payment" OH REALLY?! The boat was amazing and clean. You won't be disappointed, his boats are clean and he knows Tahoe like the back of his hand. We weren't quite confident enough to try water skiing, but had a great time with the inner tube.
