Very clunky handling/controls.

I love horror films. Some of the other online players (if you don't plan on playing online, then don't even think of buying it) are very good. There is not much story to delve into in the Friday the 13th: The Game however. Heads up, horror multiplayer fans! It actually builds up the tension... especially playing as a counselor, running and hiding from Jason. But that's okay, because it's just so fun trying to survive. My top two favorite horror characters have to be Freddy Krueger from ”Nightmare in Elm Street” and Jason Voorhees from the ”Friday the 13th” franchises. I didn't care about the characters having "yarn hair", as long as the game was playable, and it is...for the most part.

I thoroughly enjoy this game and love hearing the people talk sh@t online. This could have been the most awesome Switch game ever, if only they would have let us play the whole game offline. So get it before Jason gets you. The joy of the game is to immerse yourself in the ambience of the movies and see Jason do his thing, being able to replicate the movies (challenges are specially fun for this) is a blast. As someone who was Jason Voorhees for Halloween in fifth or sixth grade (probably not a great idea today), I’ve definitely been looking forward to stepping back into the hockey mask in Let me start off by assuring you this is a much, much better game than whatever that crap was you might have played on NES. This is the ultimate edition that comes with all the emotes and costumes. The Switch offers a unique experience, in both social settings and on the go!

Maybe you just plug headphones into the switch? The graphics are quite decent for this game. The important items you need to find are so arbitrarily spread out, happening upon them all on your own is unlikely. I'm still trying to figure out the voice chat, as it doesn't seem to go through the switch online app on my phone. The Xbox One and Nintendo Switch patches are in process but aren’t out just yet.
