g502 too heavy

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. The G502 was a frontrunner for me due to the extra buttons, styling, and scroll wheel but its much heavier than the other two mice.

The mouse has the same angular highlights with the use of matte plastic and rubber grips along with it whopping 10 buttons. It is a heavy mouse (for a wired one) but I doubt you'll notice it after like a week Its a full 20-30 grams heavier than the other two mice with its weights removed. Buy a Razer Blade if you want high performance in a (relatively) light package. What DPI do you play at? Admittedly, its a bit heavy for FPS games, but it is one of the best mice I've ever used. Not sure of the base weight, but it feels pretty light without any. Another complaint with the mouse though isn’t really with the mouse but the buggy G Hub software. Hence it didn’t even take me 5 minutes to be habituated to the Logitech G502 …

The g502 of fairly big and even without the added weights it's pretty heavy. The weight is all down to your personal preference... what might be too light for some will be too light for others. From my perspective, this product has no redeeming factors given its price and the competition.

It’s all about your stability and how it feels for you. I’m so confused. I may start with the G502 then buy one of the others down the road more specifically for FPS play.

Mostly FPS, dont have problems with hittings buttons either. I added the four 2 gram weights while using it and it felt perfect for me.The underbelly of the mouse also houses the power slider button of the mouse.

There is actually no real advantage. The polling rate adjuster and the RGB light controls for the logo can be found here. i think its great, very happy with it. On top of gaming I do some photo and video work.

35. I'm kind of leaning towards picking up the G403 now.

Below this is the G9 button that shows the battery level in terms of three bars between the left hand side buttons. Most pros use a very light mouse. But it's got weights, so you can adjust the heaviness. People have different preferences, Some like heavy mice, I personally dont.

Warranty dude. What is light to one person may be heavy for another. It’s made for games like League or Dota. Buy it if you don't mind the Apple tax and are looking for a very light office machine with an excellent digitizer. Also, do you ever find yourself slipping and hitting one of the DPI buttons by the right click on accident while playing?

It hasn't arrived yet but it looks definitely more cramped compared to the g400s. Ive used over 20 mice my whole life and I used the G502 for FPS for also almost 2 years until I suffered a severe tendinitis and was off 4-5 months, ever since I tried to find a replacement for it and it was hard to re adjust.But the best one that made me feel as good as with the G502 was the FM Ultralight Phantom.However after readjusting to different mice my best one to AIM specifically in Fortnite is the Ninox Venator and Zowie ZA12.

It became a costly affair to keep replacing mouse and I settled on using the Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury which lasted more than the other mice and wasn’t too heavy on the pockets. It is underpowered, overpriced, impractical due to its single port and is made redundant even by Apple's own iPad pro line. The button placements are also fairly different from most mice. But it is not perfect and the added weight distribution could have been better and a couple of the buttons could have been made easier to reach. Although I do play FPS games, I play many others as well. I really only NEED the two thumb buttons as of right now.

It depends on what you're used to, I like heavy mice but your mileage may vary. I am not a competitive player. Below these there are two customizable thumb buttons and another ‘sniper’ button that temporarily lowers the DPI. 99% chance it'll be the RGB version, since it's been out for some time now.

Do you think some of those personal preference problems you mention about the 502 could be solved with the 403? It had all the bleeding edge features of the time, it came with a very significant performance improvement over its predecessor and it had a soldered heatspreader, allowing for efficient cooling and great overclocking. A good phone for the price. The magnetic pop-out clasp where the 4 gram weights can be added also has room to house the wireless mouse receiver when carrying the mouse to competitions. But it stands favorably in the premium gaming mouse segment at a price of Rs 14,995. This is something you should go try out at a store or sometthing. The mouse can be made a total of 16 grams, divided in four 2 gram weights and two 4 gram weights. I heard a lot of people talking about how heavy this mouse is. Though I feel this can easily be fixed with a software update.I have tried to comprehensively etch out my experience with the Logitech G502 Lightspeed Gaming Mouse. My grip is more of a palm grip, maybe with a bit of claw from starting out with a mx518.
