Put 8x Medium Storage on 2x Large Storage = 64 slots.
Put all items from the rover on the slots of the silo. Large silo on top.
LouieH.
It's not immediately obvious that the storage module will overhang the ends of the rover and double its capacity, you have to experiment. Each shuttle has a space for an Oxygenator, and allows for an oxygen network to be established on a new planet as long as the Shuttle remains connected. LouieH.
And the rest of the non taken double slots get a medium silo. Unintended or not. ASTRONEER. ASTRONEER > General Discussions > Topic Details.
Usually I package the paver and drill too. Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.
All rights reserved. You can increase payload capacity on a shuttle by mounting a large storage on it and using a habitat as a cockpit. I use a regular seat to fly both the shuttle and the spaceship. The ONLY benefit is that you can put more medium storage slots on it than the one rover
Jan 2, 2017 @ 2:27pm Launch the Shuttle... With a storage module I made a shuttle with a storage module, Can someone tell me how to lauch it please Last edited by LouieH; Jan 2, 2017 @ 2:28pm < > Showing 1-15 of 24 comments . Jan 2, 2017 @ 2:31pm You cannot.
#1. Maybe a rover 1-seat. Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts. All trademarks are property of their respective owners in the US and other countries. Now imagine that many small racks each with 8 items and you have a massive amount of items for building. Put 8x Medium Storage on 2x Large Storage = 64 slots. Packaged large rover on bottom slot of rocket. All rights reserved. According to a post on the System Era board, they changed it so that the enclosed seats now have to be built directly onto the shuttle base platform, or they won't function. The last time I used the drill it did fill canisters on a storage rack.
You need a seat directly attached to the shuttle.
The downside I see to it is that the drill doesn't automatically fill any canisters attached to the large one.
I discovered the hard way that if you build a large shuttle and put two large storage units on it, then put an enclosed seat on one of the large storage units, the shuttle will not be able to take off. I didn't see the storage ship as an exploit so much as a janky preview of modular vehicle design.
So yeah....you can. I made a shuttle with a storage module, Can someone tell me how to lauch it please
Mharr. I think using shuttles as drones to take cargo to a planet before you get there should be alright. Add it to the large rover or for us old timers the truck.
There is a bug that it fills them sometimes, some not, can be a leading truck or following truck, doesn't seem to matter, could be linked to the trucks getting stuck in position bug, maybe they aren't seen as connected or something. I wish there was a 45 degree cockpit that worked on a large storage rover, just for the Russian military moon buggy look. There isn't much point in having g'artists making an enclosed cabin and then adding it into the game, if it was never intended to be used. Cannot swear for the new upgrade.
I'd recommend using these in your shuttle's payload bay, for bulk storage of raw materials, scrap and canisters, and for that pile of terrain … They are expensive, so they should generally be used sparingly.
It works wonders for blasting around a planet. Just tested....worked again. PA-15. Yea a habitat will work, I'm not sure if its a bug or a feature but anything else you put on a storage module is considered storage it seams.
