We had water leaking into our bathroom from the bathroom above on multiple occasions. The kids loved the water park and one day we ate outside at the pool with live music.

I didn't know the first place to start with wedding planning. When I called they said I had a standard room and if I can show them where it said garden they would switch us.The customer service that we received at the Wailea beach resort was exceptional and beyond my expectations. We were not too happy about the private tour we took though that's only way u get to know the farm. Instructor seemed annoyed that we didn't want to sign up in advance for going on a dive (that you pay for). For specific inquiries, we recommend calling ahead to confirm. We are delighted we could make your stay perfect with our luxurious style, service, and convenience! All-in-all it was frustrating, but manageable and we were never in a situation where this caused us any real grief. The property was gorg and I asked for an upgraded room and we ended up with one with an amazing view. Great place. Car rental was easy enough.
We were given a room in one of the buildings directly off the lobby, which was close to the mall/cars, but a bit of a walk to the pools and a short hike to the beaches.
