what happened to my old runescape account

Went to find out what happened and it turns out my name was changed by a hacker and my account was banned for macroing. I havent played in many years but i saw the mobile app on the play store and i tried to sign in and i was told i was banned. When i logged in my character had a different name i dont remember creating.I have proof of payment of subscription for the character with the name X-Jilson-X which was my character.
